Rebuilding an old Remise

In the old coach house, there was room for a family of four, with a usable area of almost 100m2 and a low ceiling, including a converted cellar.

The cooking area forms the center of the entire lower floor.

In order to shield the entrance area from the quiet living area, the existing steel girder offered an excellent template for the installation of a glass and steel wall. 

The design of the cooking island and the kitchen cabinets is precisely fitted to the stairway to the upper floor, which is behind it and still offers enough space under the stairs for a pantry. We have created a warm natural atmosphere by using oak veneer panels for all functional kitchen furniture.
